So, my love for Vampire Weekend has been well documented. Similarly, my enduring affection for Peter Gabriel. So, just think to yourself how I reacted when I heard Peter's cover of Vampire Weekend's Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa, driving back from my parents today--especially since the first time I heard the original I thought, man this would make an excellent cover for Peter Gabriel to do. (I would have thought of something more personally lucrative had I known it would come to pass, to be honest.)
